Our error If you receive a piece that does not match what was described, photographed, or measured on the listing, we cover the full cost, including return shipping and a full refund or replacement.
Change of mind If the piece isn't what you expected, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. In this case:
Custom and made-to-order pieces Fully custom commissions (designed from sketch or built to specific requests outside our existing collections) are final sale and not eligible for return, unless the piece does not match the agreed design.
